RiseOn ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and all applicable data protection laws.

What Data Do We Collect?

We may collect and process the following types of personal data:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number
  • Account and subscription data: service usage, payment details (handled via secure third-party processors)
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device information, browser data, activity logs
  • Support-related data: communications, requests, and troubleshooting information

We do not collect or access your broker login credentials or personal funds.

Why Do We Process Your Data?

We process your data for the following lawful purposes:

  • Contract fulfilment: delivering our signals, platform access, and customer support
  • Legal and regulatory obligations: responding to lawful requests and cooperating with regulated partners when necessary
  • Service administration: billing, subscriptions, account management, notifications
  • Security and service improvement: protecting our systems, detecting misuse, and analysing performance to enhance user experience

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Our Role vs. the Broker's Role

RiseOn provides signals, strategy logic, platform access, and customer support. We do not manage client investment accounts, hold or handle client funds. We may receive limited information from brokers to ensure service delivery and compliance alignment.

Your broker (FCA-regulated or equivalent) handles onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and trade execution. They perform all AML/KYC checks related to account creation and financial activity and are responsible for safeguarding client funds.

RiseOn does not have access to your full trading account or broker wallet.

How Do We Protect Your Data?

We apply industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Secure storage within the EEA or UK
  • Restricted access based on role and necessity
  • Data encryption and secure transfer protocols
  • Regular monitoring, audits, and compliance reviews

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for service delivery or legal requirements.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Object to certain processing activities
  • Request restrictions on processing
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
