RiseOn provides:

• FX trading signals
• Rule-based system logic (e.g., Sentinel)
• Performance reporting and risk-monitoring tools (e.g., Sentinel)
• Educational and informational content

RiseOn does NOT:

• Execute trades
• Provide investment advice
• Manage client accounts
• Hold or safeguard client funds
• Conduct KYC/AML checks (these belong to your broker)

Execution of trades is handled entirely by your chosen broker, using the settings you select.

Any relationship you have with a broker is independent of RiseOn.

Some Services may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older.
• You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

You understand and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and risk settings.
• Signal use does not guarantee execution, performance, or outcomes.
• You must keep account credentials secure and confidential.
• You will comply with applicable laws regarding FX trading, taxation, and use of digital services.
• You are responsible for selecting your broker and configuring your own platform or copier.
• RiseOn has no access to your broker account and cannot close, modify, or execute trades on your behalf.

• All payments are processed through secure third-party processors.
• Free trials may be offered at our discretion.
• Failure to pay, chargebacks, or suspected fraud may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.
• To subscribe to the service, you must head out to the 'Start Now' section.

All materials including software, algorithms, strategies, logos, text, graphics, charts, and platform interfaces are owned by RiseOn or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

All information, indicators, and signals provided through the Services are strictly educational and informational. RiseOn is not a financial advisor or broker.

We do not guarantee profits, accuracy of signals, execution timing, or specific outcomes.

Trading FX and related instruments involves the risk of significant financial loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseOn is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services
• Missed, delayed, or duplicated signals
• Losses caused by broker execution, connectivity, slippage, spreads, swap, or liquidity
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

By using RiseOn's Services, you acknowledge that:

• All trading involves risk
• You choose your own broker, lot size, platform configurations, and risk limits
• Results will vary between users
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
• You are responsible for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment is overdue or reversed
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RiseOn Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
